Happy Easter and tomorrow pitch opportunity for April 1st and 2nd

Are you are a member of Savvy Authors? April and August are the pitch months, and I’ve volunteered to help my fellow authors find agents and editors. It’s going to be an exciting month.

Tomorrow on April 1st, forget being fooled. There are two pitch opportunities. One from Soul Mate Publishing and the other is from the Seymour Agency. I’m excited about these two for different reasons. I sold my Science Fiction novel to Soul Mate, yeah. And Nicole Resciniti, I’ve met at least twice now. Out of all the agents she makes me nervous. Why? I made mistakes in talking to her, but I do hope and  want the best for everyone who tries. And out of all the scheduling, I fumbled the ball the most with Nicole, yet she never once considered walking away. To me that’s a character trait that’s admirable, and she gets a thumbs up from me. (I won’t fumble so much with her in the future.)
